LOUISE is the "heart" of our operation with her nurturing and pleasant personality, desire to keep things operating on a positive and up-beat level and 19 years of real estate experience. She is adored by our clients and creates a calm, light-hearted atmosphere during the stressful time of relocation. Louise is involved in the daily activities necessary for a smooth transaction from start to finish.

JASON serves as Buyer's Agent and works closely with Barb to guarantee each Buyer has representation when they need it--time is of the essence when a home comes on the market. Jason brings energy and knowledge of the market to our Buyers. He is young, enthusiastic and eager to find the perfect "fit" for home buyers. His computer knowledge keeps him on top so he can react quickly when a new property enters the marketplace.

JOHNATHAN's expertise is in developing relations with prospective Buyers through our open houses. He is the perfect Host to answer general questions and refer potential Buyers to Barb for specifics. He is knowledgeable, friendly and serves our public well in day-to-day contact. His smile says "come on in and let me help"-- he'll make you feel welcome!

KIM has been a "behind-the-scenes" member of the Woodham Team for over 6 years.  To serve our clients better, we discovered there are daily things not normally addressed by a real estate company.  Kim is perfect to go beyond the call and assist with getting homes ready to go on the market or assist with the move itself: home & office organization/de-cluttering, house cleaning, lawn & garden maintenance/upkeep, packing, moving management, estate sales/chartiable donations...even running your cable boxes back to the cable company!  She can do it all and do it well!

ADRIENNE & JESSICA are two of our four lovely receptionists that welcome you to our office. They are experts in making appointments to show our listings and recording these showings so feedback is available to our Sellers. They juggle many duties on a daily basis and the office is open seven days a week for our customers' and clients' convenience.

LAURA, SHELLY, AND AMY are our Title Company pros that not only do our closings expertly, but do the many hours of work behind the scene to guarantee properties are lien-free, have clear titles and handle the paperwork for the sale to be properly recorded. Closing is always a pleasure with us and a time to celebrate!
