In 1980 I sold my business to stay home with my children until they entered school full-time. Wanting a flexible career that would allow me time to volunteer at school in various capacities with my children while using my design and management skills, Real Estate attracted me immediately. Thus, my Real Estate career of some 20 years began.

I entered Real Estate in 1986 with Coldwell Banker combining my past experience in decorating, public relations, business and finance. I very quickly discovered that Real Estate was a perfect fit for myself and family. I also learned that the flexibility I had desired was not quite what I had expected with weekend and evening work a necessity. By that time, however, it was too late and I was hooked on Real Estate.

My continuing desire to offer experience and expertise with one of the most important decisions a family will ever make, home ownership, in a professional and knowledgeable manner provides me a way to interact with new friends and old friends, family and community.

Twenty years later, I still love my work and have continued to be an award-winning, multi-million dollar producer. My career has taken me from Coldwell Banker to Gundaker and now to RE/MAX Properties West. Each move has advanced my career and I am proud to have created a Team Concept, THE WOODHAM TEAM! My team offers professionals dedicated to finding or selling homes, a variety of lenders providing financial expertise, and a Title Agency specializing in closing and recording transactions. It is the best concept I know...total service from start to finish all in one place!
